This is a CNC Machining service to add porting to your existing pistol with factory or most aftermarket barrels. This does not include the firearm. WE CAN MACHINE MOST AFTERMARKET BARRELS.

We precision machine ports in your barrel (holes or slots, pricing will vary). We highly recommend including your ported slide so we can match the barrel ports accordingly. The ports will protrude into the barrel rifling with minimal burrs. The barrel will be left bare and not coated. The machined surfaces will be visible and coating is recommended. Only machining of the top is available. At this time we cannot cut on angled surfaces, V8 ports, etc. We suggest firing several rounds through any newly ported barrel to clear our any burrs/sharp edges before zeroing sights/optics. This service does not include our Ventilator Port Service for 1911/2011 pistols (ported and counterbored barrel at the muzzle).

No parts are included with this service. Slide, barrel and pistol are shown for reference only. No additional holes are cut or drilled!
Includes: SERVICE ONLY to CNC port your barrel (coating is not included, but recommended). You are not purchasing any products with this service. Lead time can be up to 4 weeks, but is often less.

Price does not include any additional shipping charges for shipping the barrel and slide to us. You will be charged for return shipping at checkout.
Frame, Parts, Barrel, Slide, etc. are NOT INCLUDED.

Any modifications to the slide, barrel and/or pistol will most likely void any existing manufacturer warranty. AB Prototype does not provide any additional warranty, neither expressed nor implied. We only guarantee our machining service. Please note we do not cover any warranty issues regarding cracks, firearm damage, functionality, etc. that may occur in the future. Barrel and slides ports are not recommended in high pressure applications.
